Ribavirin (Copegus, Rebetol, Ribasphere, Virazole)
Taking Hivid with ribavirin may increase the risk of peripheral neuropathy (unusual sensations, such as burning, tingling, numbness, or pain, in the hands or feet). If possible, these medications should not be used together.
 
Stavudine (Zerit)
Taking Hivid with stavudine may increase the risk of peripheral neuropathy (unusual sensations, such as burning, tingling, numbness, or pain, in the hands or feet). If possible, these medications should not be used together.
 
Vincristine (Oncovin, Vincasar, Vincrex)
Taking Hivid with vincristine may increase the risk of peripheral neuropathy (unusual sensations, such as burning, tingling, numbness, or pain, in the hands or feet). If possible, these medications should not be used together.
