Drug Interactions With Hivid

Hivid can interact with a few other medications (see Hivid Drug Interactions).
 

Hivid: What Should I Tell My Healthcare Provider?

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking Hivid if you have:
 
  • Congestive heart failure (CHF)
  • Liver disease, such as liver failure, cirrhosis, or hepatitis
  • Kidney disease, including kidney failure (renal failure)
  • Any allergies, including allergies to food, dyes, or preservatives.
     
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
 
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medicines you are taking, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

What If I Overdose on Hivid?

People who take too much Hivid may experience the following problems:
 
  • Drowsiness
  • Vomiting
  • Rash
  • Fever
  • Unusual sensations (like burning, tingling, or numbness) in the feet or hands.
     
If you happen to overdose on Hivid, seek immediate medical attention.
