Rifampin
Rifampin decreases the level of Isentress in the blood, possibly making it less effective. If possible, this combination of medications should be avoided.
 
Tipranavir Combined With Ritonavir
Taking Isentress with tipranavir and ritonavir can lower the level of Isentress in your blood. However, studies have shown that these medications can usually be combined without making Isentress less effective.
