Isentress™ (raltegravir) is only approved for use in combination with other HIV medications. This prescription medication cannot cure HIV or AIDS, but it can help prevent the HIV virus from multiplying. Although most people tolerate Isentress well, side effects are possible and may include headaches, nausea, and fever.
