Efavirenz
Efavirenz can lower the level of Kaletra in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your Kaletra dosage. When used in combination with efavirenz, once-daily dosing with Kaletra is not recommended (it should be taken twice a day instead).
 
Ergot Medications
Kaletra should not be combined with ergot medications, due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
 
Fentanyl
Kaletra may increase the level of fentanyl in the blood, increasing the risk of fentanyl side effects, including potentially fatal problems. Check with your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
