AIDS Home > Lexiva Drug Interactions

Rifampin, pimozide, and ergot medications should never be taken with Lexiva. Drug interactions may occur when these medications are combined that could reduce the effectiveness of the drugs or lead to life-threatening side effects. Some of the other medications that may cause negative Lexiva drug interactions include delavirdine, efavirenz, tricyclic antidepressants, and hormonal contraceptives.
