Doxorubicin, ribavirin, and stavudine are medications that should generally not be taken together with Trizivir. Drug interactions may also occur if Trizivir is combined with fluconazole, methadone, or ribavirin. These interactions can increase your risk of serious side effects or reduce the effectiveness of the medicines. Since many drugs could cause Trizivir interactions, talk to your healthcare provider before taking any other medications.
