How Should Viread Be Stored?

Viread should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep the tablets in an airtight container.
 
Keep Viread and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Viread?

It is very important that you not miss Viread doses. If you do not take your Viread as scheduled, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Be sure to tell your healthcare provider if you are having trouble remembering to take your HIV medications.
 

Strengths of Viread

Viread tablets come in one strength -- Viread 300 mg.
 

Is There a Generic Version of Viread?

Currently, there are no generic versions of Viread licensed for sale (see Generic Viread).
